The Real Estate Market in Maple Grove has  demonstrated just how desirable the city is,  with more residents wanting to move in, than residents wanting to leave the city.  New listings is down 3.4% compared to 2015, while houses sold is up 4.7%.

Year to date stats for Maple Grove (As of July):

• Closed sales up to 884, 4.7% higher than 2015
• Average Sales price up to $289,651,  1.9% higher than 2015 
• Average Days on the market in July 2016 was 42 days,   23.6% lower than July 2015
• Sellers are currently receiving 98.6% of Original List Price,   0.9% higher than July 2015
